Support Team Customer Satisfaction
Customers were asked to rate their account manager on a scale of 1 to 10 in four categories: Professionalism, Industry Knowledge, Responsiveness and Overall Support Satisfaction.
Support – Industry
Another support metric we actively measure is the number of times account managers communicate with their clients. Frequent communication is critical to campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
Average number of times per month each customer is contacted by their dedicated account manager.
Sales Team Customer Satisfaction
Customers were asked to rate their sales representative on a scale of 1 to 10 in four categories: Professionalism, Industry Knowledge, Setting Realistic Expectations and Overall Sales Interaction Satisfaction.
